Very dry conditions would be the story of the night.  Billy Alley spit a rod out of the motor during hot laps and was done for the night.

Heat one (started): 1. Ian Madsen 18 (4) 2. Johnny Herrera 45x (3) 3. Seth Bergman 23 (6) 4. Matt Covington 95 (1) 5. Blake Hahn 52 (7) 6. Aaron Reutzel 87 (9) 7. Cory Eliason 5H (2) 8. Logan Forler 2L (5) 9. Carson McCarl 6 (8)

Eliason spun before a lap could be completed in the 8-lapper.  On the restart, Madsen assumed the front row starting spot and led Herrera and Bergman the distance.  With two to go, McCarl, who was running sixth, went over the turn three berm.  Covington, who restarted fourth, grabbed third from Bergman in a good battle.  Bergman would grab the spot on the last lap.  Eliason would get by Forler on the last lap as well.  Madsen’s win made him the high point man on the night.

Heat two (started): 1. Bryan Clauson 17w (2) 2. Wayne Johnson 2c (1) 3. Sam Hafertepe Jr. 15H (5) 4. Jack Dover 53 (3) 5. Josh Baughman 17 (8) 6. Kyle Bellm 14K (4) 7. Dusty Ballenger 2D (6) 8. Justin Jacobsma 10J (7) DNS – Billy Alley 3

Dover led a three-wide battle at the stripe to lead lap one over Clauson and Johnson.  Clauson took command on the second go-around.  Johnson would work under Dover to grab second on lap five, and Hafertepe followed suit a lap later.

A main (started): 1. Hahn (2) 2. Baughman (1) 3. Herrera (3) 4. Clauson (5) 5. Hafertepe (7) 6. Reutzel (9) 7. Dover (10) 8. Madsen (4) 9. Bergman (8) 10. Covington (11) 11. Forler (16) 12. Eliason (14) 13. Bellm (12) 14. Jacobsma (15) 15. Ballenger (13) 16. Johnson (6) DNS – McCarl, Alley

Baughman got the jump on Hahn as everyone hit the low side of the track in the 25-lapper.  With the top too dirty to run, passing was relegated to someone making a mistake and slipping up the track.  Five laps in, Johnson was running 11th when he spun and collected Eliason.  He went to the work area to replace a left rear tire, but didn’t make it back out.  The restart saw Baughman leading Hahn, Herrera, Clauson and Madsen.  Hafertepe moved by Madsen into fifth on the restart.  Nine laps later, Baughman attempted to get around the lapped machine of Jacobsma and hesitated.  Hahn pounced on the opportunity and shot under the leader to the point.  He would lead the final eleven laps to the checkers.
