(Bill W) April 23, 2018, Monroe, IA – Austin McCarl continued his roll early in the season in Midwest Thunder Sprint Cars presented by www.OpenWheel101.com points. Austin picked up his second win in a row at the Knoxville Raceway. He leads the early standings over Brooke Tatnell, Terry McCarl, Davey Heskin and Scotty Thiel.
Two point eligible races commence this weekend. On Friday, May 4, the World of Outlaws visit Lake Ozark Speedway near Eldon, Missouri, for the first time in a long time. On Saturday, the Knoxville Raceway in Iowa will be back in action.
So far, there have been two winners in the three races contested with the Midwest Thunder Sprint Cars presented by Open Wheel 101!
