Dave Darland (21st car out to time) set quick time at 13.586 seconds. Chase Stockon (27th car out) was second quick, followed by Robert Ballou (26th), Tracy Hines (9th), Chris Windom (10th), Jon Stanbrough (12th), Kevin Thomas Jr. (5th), CJ Leary (15th), Brady Bacon (2nd) and Landon Simon (19th). The track got quicker as time trials went on. John Helm did not get a time in on the 1/3-mile oval.
Heat one (started): 1. Darland 71P (6) 2. Bacon 69 (4) 3. Windom 21x (5) 4. Bret Mellenberndt 97 (3) / 5. Chris Parkinson 65 (2) 6. John Manley 8x (7) 7. Mike Moore 69x (1)
Moore led Darland and Mellenberndt to complete lap one in the 8-lapper. Darland and Mellenberndt made a sandwich of Moore down the backstretch on the second lap. Moore came out with a flat right front tire. Bacon shot by Mellenberndt for second on the third lap, and Windom moved into third with two to go.
Heat two (started): 1. Stockon 32 (6) 2. Stanbrough 81 (5) 3. Jarett Andretti 18 (2) 4. Simon 24 (4) / 5. Tony Rost 99 (3) 6. Billy Alley 75 (1) 7. Scott Comstock 41 (7)
Andretti took the early lead over Simon and Stockon. Stanbrough joined the lead trio in a four-way battle. Stockon would take second from Simon on lap three, and the lead from Andretti on lap five. Stanbrough would make a last lap pass of Andretti for second.

Farney led the distance. Potter passed Stephens on a lap three restart for a spun S. Thomas for the final transfer.
Heat four (started): 1. Casey Shuman 2x (4) 2 Hines 4 (6) 3. Leary 30 (5) 4. Robert Bell 71 (1) / 5. Jeff Wingate 8 (2) 6. John Helm 12x (7) 7. Alex Schriever 0 (3)
Bell led the first lap before Shuman took over. Leary moved into second , but gave way to Hines on lap three. Bell would hold onto the final transfer.
B main (started): 1. Parkinson (4) 2. Moore (6) 3. S. Thomas (2) 4. Alley (7) 5. Stephens (8) 6. Schriever (3) / 7. Wingate (5) 8. Knipp (11) 9. Helm (12) 10. Manley (9) 11. Comstock (10) 12. Rost (1)
S. Thomas led Rost and Parkinson early in the 12-lapper. Rost would jump the turn two cushion and flip hard on lap three. He was uninjured. With four laps in, Manley would spin bringing the caution flag. S. Thomas led Parkinson, Moore, Stephens, Schriever and Comstock back to green. Parkinson would take the lead at that point and hold it the rest of the way despite several cautions. Comstock tipped over after contact with Alley eight laps in. Alley, in his first career non-wing start, gained momentum as the night went on and went from seventh to fourth in the late stages.

Stanbrough led Windom and Ballou early in the 30-lapper. Darland was into third by the second lap. Leary contacted the wall on lap six. The restart saw Stanbrough ahead of Windom, Darland, Stockon and Hines. Stanbrough slid across one and two, and Windom shot past for the lead. He still held the point at the halfway point, ahead of Darland, Stockon, Hines and Bacon. Lap 18 brought the final caution for a stopped Ballou, who changed his right rear and returned. The race groove developed on the bottom for everyone and it was single-file until lapped traffic. Darland, who won here a year ago, repeated when he snuck by Windom on lap 27. K. Thomas and Bacon worked into the top five by Stockon late as well.

Benson led the distance in the 10-lapper, but Martin was the man on the move, shooting from outside row four to third.

Ackland and Gullion shot to the front, while Danley used the high side to move into third on the first lap. The lead pair exchanged the point, with Gullion grabbing the spot with two to go.
Heat three (started): 1. Toby Chapman 1BX (1) 2. Jake Bubak 9x (5) 3. Doug Lovegrove 1 (3) 4. Shon Pointer 20P (6) 5. Dwight Carter 4U (2) / 6. Shayle Bade 03 (7) 7. Blain Petersen 68+1 (4) 8. Tyler Drueke 12 (8)
Chapman led Carter and Bade, who came from the last row on lap one. Bade took second on the next go-around, and Bubak shot up to third on the third lap. The red would come out for Petersen at the halfway point. Chapman led Bade, Bubak, Carter and Lovegrove back to green. Bubak would shoot to second on the restart, while Bade would exit. Chapman would hold off Bubak for the win.

M. Richards led the 10-lap distance. T. Richards came from the tail to take third by lap two, and second on lap eight in the non-stop event.

The 25-lapper went non-stop. Horton took the lead early with Grossenbacher and a charging Bubak, who had father Rich turning the wrenches, trailing him. Grossenbacher rode the cushion around Horton to take the point, and Bubak followed on lap four, using the low side. Bubak gave chase, reeling in the leader several times. Benson was into third by lap seven. The lead trio set a blistering pace. Grossenbacher did a good job in traffic in taking the win.
